There have been far too many times where I've been trying to accomplish a simple task on a website, and ended up wanting to throw my computer out the window in frustration. I strive to develop and implement responsive, aesthetically pleasing & easy-to-use interfaces for websites and apps that adapt to any type of device, platform, or browser.

Developing an understanding of your user base is knowledge that is under estimated by business owners. Talking, exchanging, and testing with the people who actually use your products is the best way to understand your own business. With the use of analytics and user research, you can reduce frictions for your users.
